Who this is for

  • You live in Israel but are not a citizen

    Foreign workers, caregivers and travel-document holders are not eligible for ESTA at all — the Visa Waiver Program follows citizenship, not residence. The document set is different and ties to Israel are proven differently.

  • You were refused before

    A previous refusal or an ESTA denial stays on the record and the next officer sees it before you speak. It is an obstacle to explain, not a wall.

  • There is something in your file

    A criminal record, a visit to an excluded country, a long previous stay, or a gap between the form and reality. Better handled before you file than at the interview window.

  • You are a US citizen living in Israel

    Passport renewal, a first passport for a child, and Consular Reports of Birth Abroad. ⛔ We do not handle tax of any kind.

What we do not do

We do not publish success rates. The decision belongs to the consular officer, the figure cannot be verified by anyone, and a consultant who only takes easy cases would show a better number than one who takes hard ones. It would measure client selection, not work.

We do not promise approval, and we are not lawyers — we do not provide legal advice, we are not a government body, and we are not affiliated with any embassy. When a case needs an immigration attorney, we say so and refer it out.

Languages

Consultations run in Hebrew and English. Written support is possible in other languages — which matters for caregivers and foreign workers who are, in practice, one of the audiences this page exists for.
