The introductory call establishes what your situation actually is, which route fits it, and what is realistic — before you commit to anything. We will also tell you when it is not worth applying, and when a case needs a lawyer rather than a consultant.
WhatsApp — the fastest route
This is what most people use, and it is the most efficient: send a short question, attach a screenshot of a refusal or a form, and get an answer without scheduling anything. You do not have to identify yourself in the first message.
Phone and hours
You can simply call. The dial button appears on the site only during the hours we actually answer, so you do not reach a dead line.

What the introductory call covers
- We ask what the situation is — purpose of travel, what happened before, what is in the file.
- We say which route fits — ESTA, a visitor visa, or something else entirely.
- We say what is realistic, including when the answer is not what you hoped.
- We say when you do not need us. Straightforward cases can be filed alone, and we will tell you so.
- We refer out when we should — a case that needs an immigration attorney is not our case.
The call is there to work out what you are dealing with — not to sell you a process. If you decide afterwards to proceed on your own, that is a perfectly legitimate outcome.
⛔ What we will not do: promise approval, quote a success rate, or suggest we have a shortcut or a contact. There is no such thing.
Worth having ready
Nothing complicated — but three details save half a conversation: the purpose of the trip, roughly when you plan to fly, and whether anything happened before — a refusal, an ESTA denial, a visit to an excluded country, or any record.
And if you have a screenshot of a refusal or a system message, send it. It usually says more than a description.
