What we collect
- Browsing only: general technical data — browser, operating system, pages viewed, time on site. No personal details are required to browse.
- When you submit a form: name, phone, email, visa type and a short description of your situation.
- Stored alongside it: the page the enquiry came from, interface language, source parameters (utm) and any tool result.
- WhatsApp enquiries: your phone number and the first message, used to identify which page you came from.
Why
- To respond to your enquiry and handle your case.
- To understand which pages help enquirers, and improve them.
- Marketing — only with separate explicit consent.
Consent
Marketing consent is given by an unticked opt-in box only — never pre-ticked. The consent, its timestamp and its wording are recorded. Every message carries an unsubscribe link.
